Where to get help#

Support is free, confidential, and independent of Artefracts.

Set your own limits#

Decide before you open anything, not after. A limit written down in advance is worth more than a limit you negotiate with yourself mid-session.

• Set a figure for the month and treat it as spent the moment you decide it.
• Never chase a loss with a bigger box, and never fund play with borrowed money.
• Keep the wallet you play with separate from the wallet you save with.
• Stop for the day when you hit your figure, win or lose.

Odds are published before you open

Every class probability, mark, and expected value is fixed on-chain and shown in the cabinet. Read them at the register before you spend.

Warning signs#

Any one of these is a reason to stop and talk to someone.

• Spending more than you decided, or more than you can comfortably lose.
• Opening boxes to recover money you have already lost.
• Hiding how much you spend from people close to you.
• Borrowing, selling possessions, or using bill money to keep playing.
• Feeling anxious, restless, or low when you are not playing.
• Missing work, sleep, or people because of it.

Taking a break#

You can stop at any time — nothing here requires an account, a subscription, or a notice period. Disconnect your wallet and close the tab; anything you already hold stays in your wallet and can be sold to the desk whenever you choose.

If you would like us to block your access, write to us and we will exclude your wallet addresses from opening boxes for a period you choose, minimum six months. Exclusions are not reversed early, by design.
