Nº 11 — THE ACQUISITION FUNDS

Every $FRACTS trade sends 2% to the Acquisition Reserve — the other 1% is the pons launchpad’s platform fee. The Reserve fills four funds in sequence — one at a time, in order — and each, when full, buys a real work at auction. Bought in public, announced with provenance, and entered into the vault where it can be drawn from the cabinet.
01 — TRADE
Someone trades $FRACTS. A 3% tax applies.
02 — RESERVE
2% lands in the Acquisition Reserve — public, on-chain. The other 1% is the launchpad's platform fee.
03 — FILL
The Reserve fills one fund at a time, in order.
04 — BID
Full fund, real bid: Sotheby's, Christie's, Bonhams, Venduehuis.
05 — VAULT
